Z-Man Adds 2 New ChatterBaits: Big Blade & MiniMax

Now bass anglers have more styles of the bladed jig from which to choose.

Think you have enough ChatterBaits in your tackle box?

The unique bladed jig-style lure from Z-Man Fishing Products has been a bass-catching machine since being introduced to the market more than 10 years ago.

This was year, Z-Man is adding two new ChatterBaits to its lineup, with the introductions of the Big Blade and MiniMax — a big thumper and downsized finesse model.

Z-Man unveiled the two new baits recently at ICAST 2021 in Orlando.

Both lures were featured in the ICAST New Products Showcase.

Here’s a quick look at both lures.

ChatterBait Big Blade

Designed by ChatterBait pro and tournament champion Bryan Thrift, the Big Blade ChatterBait is a subwoofer-thumping, with XL ChatterBlade patented direct head-to-blade connection for that super-tuned sound and action.

Up-sized in every aspect, the Big Blade ChatterBait features a heavy-duty 6/0 Mustad UltraPoint hook molded to a 1/2-, 5/8- or 3/4-ounce jig head.
