• 1-pound ground caribou
• 2 cups bread crumbs
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tablespoon homemade ketchup
• 1/4 cup milk
• 6 slices of bacon to cover roll when baking
