Unreal Stew for Gamey Meat (Recipe)

Ingredients:
2 pounds meat, cut in 1-inch squares 1/2 pound bacon 2 quarts water 1 large onion, diced 5 stalks celery and leaves, diced 3 bay leaves 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon parsley 1 yellow pepper, chopped 1 red pepper, chopped 12 dashes teriyaki sauce 2 tablespoons A1 sauce 1 package brown gravy mix 1 package chicken gravy mix 1 package chili mix 6 fresh mushrooms, diced 1 large can tomato juice 4 medium tomatoes, diced 4 potatoes, diced 4 carrots, diced Directions:
Brown bacon and set aside. Brown meat in bacon grease until it loses its pink color. Place meat and bacon in pot (or slow cooker) and cover with 2 inches of water. Add onion, celery, bay leaves, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and parsley to pot. Cook 2 more hours until meat is tender adding water as necessary. After meat is tender, add yellow and red pepper, teriyaki and A1 sauce, gravy mixes, chili mix, mushrooms, and tomato juice and cook for 30 minutes . Add diced tomatoes, potatoes, carrots and cook until vegetables are tender.
Note: this stew is great for any tough, gamey meat!
