It's spring crappie season and this stuffed crappie recipe is one you'll want to try
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp minced fresh parsley
- 1 TBS minced celery
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 TBS minced onion
- 2/3 cup melted butter
Ppreheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Clean the crappies and stuff them with the mixture.
Either sew the opening closed or use skewers.
Put the fish into a buttered baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until the fillet flakes with a fork.
