This simple yet delicious breakfast sandwich is made with smoked carp .
Serves: 1 Total time: 5-10 minutes
Ingredients:
Smoked carp 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or cream cheese) 1 tablespoon minced parsley A squeeze of lemon juice 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes Your favorite seasoning Bagel Sliced cucumber Get the Recipe: Smoked Carp Tails

Directions:
In a bowl, mix the smoked carp with Greek yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, sun-dried tomatoes, and seasoning to your liking. Set aside. Toast your bagel. You can toast your bagel whole (recommended if the bagel is fresh) and then slice it in half or slice it prior to toasting. Place the bottom half of the bagel on a plate. Top it with a layer of sliced cucumbers. Next, add a layer of the smoked carp mixture. Add the top half of your bagel and enjoy a nice breakfast sandwich!
