Yield: Approximately 2 ½ cups
Total time: 10 minutes
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup A-1 steak sauce
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- Combine all ingredients and let venison steak, or your favorite wild game, marinate overnight.
- Remove marinade venison from refrigerator and grill meat on medium-heat until desired doneness is reached.
