Silver Salmon Wasabi and Coconut Sauce
A perfect balance of sweet and spicy make this five-ingredient silver salmon wasabi and coconut sauce recipe an easy win with the entire family
- Coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons wasabi powder
- 2 tablespoons tamari
Bring coconut milk to a boil. Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 tablespoons grated ginger. Reduce to simmer for 10 minutes; sauce will thicken.
In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons wasabi powder and 2 tablespoons tamari. Add to sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour over grilled salmon.
