Shimano Stradic Ci4 FA Spinning Reel

The Shimano Stradic Ci4 FA Spinning Reel has three of their pinnacle technologies to help you catch more fish like never before. The rock-solid, yet light-as-a-feather Ci4 FA frame is constructed of reinforced carbon fiber that is lighter and 245% stronger than the original Ci4. X-Ship gear engagement makes the upgraded Sustain FG-Type handle easier to turn from zero to maximum load and has the power to haul in the hogs. Rapid-Fire drag adjustment makes perfect, on-a-dime changes to prevent losing the fish of a lifetime (not available on 1000FA). Super Stopper II® anti-reverse roller bearing and repairable clicker. Propulsion Spool increases casting distance by reducing resistance.

The Ci41000FML (MicroLine) reel was built as part of Shimano's technical fishing system for light-line fishing. This reel was designed to fish 5-lb. and lighter Power Pro with a drag system that allows you to fish without concern when fishing these lighter lines. Match the reel up with an Ultralight rod, such as G.Loomis' Trout and Panfish Series plus Power Pro line and you have the ultimate light-line fishing system.

Features:

  • CI4 FA construction is lighter and 245% stronger
  • X-Ship gear engagement
  • Easily adjustable Rapid Fire drag
  • Sustain FG type handle
  • Super Stopper II anti-reverse and Propulsion Spool
