MISSOULA, Mont.—The first television series fully owned and produced by the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, “RMEF Team Elk” is now officially launched and set to begin airing on Outdoor Channel in July.
The launch was announced with a sneak preview at the recent RMEF convention.
Presented by MidwayUSA, “RMEF Team Elk” will feature country music entertainer Blake Shelton, baseball hall-of-famer Goose Gossage, NASCAR personality Kerry Earnhardt, pro bull riders Dustin Elliot and Austin Meier and other celebrities. Together with show hosts Brandon Bates and Cameron Hanes, RMEF Team Elk members will pursue a variety of hunting adventures in elk country.
“We’ll feature some of the greatest hunting backdrops in North America, from Colorado high country to Kentucky hardwoods, and from New Mexico deserts to the classic Big Sky Country of Montana,” said Steve Decker, vice president of marketing for RMEF.
The show will deliver the RMEF brand of hunting and conservation to over 34 million households per week.
