Poor Man's Musky Ingredients:
- 1 lb musky fillets, skinned
- 2 TBS salt
- 2 TBS vinegar
- fresh lemon slices
- 1/2 tsp dill
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Garlic butter, recipe below
Poor Man's Musky Directions:
Fill a saucepan 1/3 full with water and add the salt, vinegar, lemon slicesand dill; bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook 4-5 minutes. Drain. Serve, dipping each bite into garlic butter.

Garlic Butter Directions:
Slowly melt the butter with the garlic and serve with the fish.
You can also use northern pike fillets.
