Pan-Fried Channel Catfish Recipe

This is a must with most of my catfish recipes. Delicious on sandwiches, French fries and onion rings.

Ingredients:

• 4 channel catfish fillets - cleaned, dried and brushed with oil
• 3 TBS canola oil, for frying

Breading Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 2 tsp thyme
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
