Oven Baked Steak (Recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 2 to 2-1/2 pounds steak
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • ¼ cup water

Coat steak with flour. Brown in oil at medium high heat. Remove from fry pan and put in casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over browned meat. Pour ¼ cup water in dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake for 15 minutes more uncovered.
