No Fail Stew (Recipe)

Ingredients:
3 pounds venison, cut in one-inch chunks 2 quarts water 2 yellow onions, diced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 large can tomato sauce 4 celery sticks, diced 1/2 head cabbage, chopped 3 tomatoes, chopped 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 dash liquid smoke 1 dash taco sauce 1/2 cup dry red wine (optional) 1 package chicken gravy mix 1 package brown gravy mix 1 package Au Jus mix 1 can corn 1 green pepper, diced 3 potatoes, diced 3 carrots, diced Directions:
Place venison, water, onion, salt, garlic salt, pepper, tomato sauce, celery, and cabbage in pan or slow cooker, and cook 2-1/2 to 3 hours . Add tomatoes, soy sauce, liquid smoke, taco sauce, wine, all package mixes, corn, green pepper, and cook another 45 minutes. Add potatoes and carrots and cook an additional 20-30 minutes until potatoes are tender. Serves 6-8 .
