New Calibers for Benelli Lupo Bolt-Action Rifle

Benelli is adding new calibers to its innovative Lupo bolt-action hunting rifle series in 2022.

The award-winning Lupo — featured in our Beyond the Rifle video series — is Benelli’s first venture into bolt-action rifles, and has been well-received since its 2020 introduction.

Beginning in May, Benelli will introduce three new chambers for the Lupo series:

• 6mm Creedmoor
• 6.5 PRC
• 7mm Rem Mag.

Current chamber models are 30-06 Spr., .300 Win-Mag, .270 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor, .308 Win, and .243 Win.

The new 7mm Rem Mag-chambered Lupo is expected to be available in May 2022, followed by the 6mm Creedmoor in June and then the 6.5 PRC in July.

In creating the Lupo, Benelli leveraged the technology from its premium line of shotguns to produce the innovative bolt-action.
