These Major League Fishing pros share the best tips and advice they’ve ever received.

We asked Major League Fishing pros a variety of questions on subjects ranging from go-to baits to setting the right drag.

In this video, Randy Howell, JT Kenney, Brandon Coulter, Marty Robinson, Wesley Strader, Fred Roumbanis, Cody Meyer and Jason Lambert give their answers to the question:

“What’s the Best Fishing Advice You Ever Received?”

For Howell, it was the “rule of five,” concentrating on catching (at least) five bass every day.

For Kenney, it was make to sure to follow the shad spawn.

Coulter thanks his wife’s thumbs-up, Robinson says focus on current and structure, Roumbanis matches rod, drag and line, Strader says trust your instincts, Lambert takes care of the fish he catches, and Meyer never loses his love for fishing.
