DENVER and TORONTO – KSE Media Ventures has acquired a 100 percent interest in World Fishing Network LLC, the leading entertainment destination and digital resource for anglers throughout North America.
World Fishing Network LLC, headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, had been jointly owned and operated by KSE Media Ventures and Insight Sports, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, since January 2011. KSE’s partnership in the Canadian World Fishing Network service (World Fishing Network ULC) remains unchanged.
World Fishing Network LLC joins Outdoor Sportsman Group – Networks, whose portfolio includes Outdoor Channel and Sportsman Channel, the nation’s leading outdoor lifestyle networks. Programming across the three networks embraces best-in-class content delivered by the leading outdoor sports authorities and includes outdoor adventure, hunting and fishing.
