PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 11x7 baking dish with vegetable oil; set aside.
Place fish fillets in skillet with the wine and water. Season with garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes or until fish is firm and just beginning to flake.
Place fish fillets in prepared baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over fillets and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with fresh garlic bread and a salad.
