If you're just getting into the trail-cam game, you might want to take a look at Primos' new Bullet Proof 2. The tiny cam is made so that anyone can set it up in a flash. Slip in an SD card and batteries, hang it on a tree, turn it on and you're in business.
The Primos Bullet Proof 2 is small, simple, and sufficient for entry-level hunters.[/caption]
It takes four AA batteries, which are the easiest to find in stores, and it will run longer than your deer season on those four batteries. It's an 8-megapixel camera, so don't expect to be cropping in tightly and still see high-resolution images. But you do have the option of changing it to 720p video. It has a 1-second trigger speed and 14 low-glow LEDs for night shots, which flash out to about 45 feet.
If you don't expect too much from a trail cam, except that it will be ridiculously easy to use, then look into the Primos Bullet Proof 2, at an MSRP of $86.
