Removing old fishing line from a reel and spooling up with fresh line is one of those necessary tasks few anglers look forward to doing. If you find yourself wondering, "Can I get another season out of this braid?" — the answer is probably no.

And you definitely don’t want the fish of a lifetime answering that for you as it swims away with your favorite lure in its lip. Fortunately, there’s a quick and simple way to cross this chore off your to-do list, as this video demonstrates.
