Homemade Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients:

• 6 TBS homemade ketchup or Heinz ketchup
• 2 TBS prepared horseradish (or finely grated)
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• dash celery salt, or to taste (optional)
• hot sauce, to taste (optional)

Instructions:

Hot Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients:

• 2 TBS homemade unsalted butter
• 2 TBS onion, minced
• 1/2 cup homemade tomato juice
• 3/4 cup homemade ketchup
• 2 tsp grated homemade horseradish
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp homemade Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

Cocktail Sauce without Horseradish

Ingredients:

• 1 cup homemade ketchup or Heinz ketchup
• 1/2 tsp white sugar
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 3 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper, or to taste
• hot sauce, to taste (optional)

Louis Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients:

• 1 cup homemade mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup chili sauce
• 1/4 cup homemade French dressing
• 1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
