After a successful shark fishing trip, get the most out of your catch by cooking it on the grill
- 6 shark steaks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon ground pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic; minced
Combine all the ingredients and add shark steaks. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Remove fish from marinade, and keep marinade.
Grill fish over hot coals 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or knife, basting frequently with marinade.
