- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 2 tbsp. chopped shallots, divided
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 4 6 oz. mahi mahi fillets
Combine lime juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons shallots, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Drizzle over fish.
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Grill fish, covered with grill lid, 4 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
