Easy and Tasty Baked Crappie

Ingredients:

• 1 lb crappie fillets
• 6 strips bacon
• 1 medium onion, cut into rings
• 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning
• olive oil
• salt and pepper
• shredded cheddar cheese
• Parmesan cheese, a few tablespoons

Instructions:

Note: To speed up time, you may fry the bacon until it is almost done and bake for 20 minutes.  Check fillets for doneness.
