- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 4 6 oz. halibut steaks
Combine mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper; brush over fish.
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
Preheat grill to medium.
Grill fish, cover with grill lid, 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with fork.
