- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Sliced mushrooms
- Jalapeño slices
- Wild turkey breast, cut into slices
- Taco seasoning packet
Spread the peppers, onions, mushrooms and jalapeños in the bottom of a slow cooker. Place turkey slices on top. Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Shred turkey with forks.
Serve on tortillas with lots of toppings!
