Crunchy Baked Flounder with Sautéed Peppers and Onions

This crunchy baked flounder recipe will make your taste buds sing.


  • 4 flounder fish fillets
  • 2 TBS fresh lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 TBS melted butter
  • 6 green onions, chopped for garnish


PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees.

Arrange fish fillets in greased baking dish in a single layer. Drizzle fillets with lemon juice.

Mix remaining ingredients together in a blender or food processor and spoon over fish fillets. Bake for 20 minutes, or until it is cooked and the topping is browned. Sprinkle with chopped scallions before serving.

Sauté sliced green peppers, red peppers and onion in olive oil while the fish is baking. Serve on the side. Great dish.
