- 1 cup diced green peppers
- 3/4 cup diced green onions
- 1 cup sliced (fresh) mushrooms
- 8 oz. chopped crappie fillets
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
- 1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
Combine all ingredients and sauté in skillet or wok until crappie is tender.
May be served over rice or alone.
