This is great on crackers. Of course if you do not have access to fresh, cooked crab meat, just use canned or imitation.
- 1 lb. crab meat (or imitation crab meat, flaked)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp minced parsley
Gently mix ingredients together. Cover tightly and chill in the refrigerator overnight. Ready to serve the next day, just give it a light toss.
