My son and I set out to try and get Walleye from this small mountain lake€¦ not even a nibble so we swapped back to what we know — Largemouth fishing beating the banks. This 5.84 pounder was near the boat ramp and absolutely saved his day of fishing! Released it back safely for the next lucky angler to meet.

Shane Samuels' lunker caught in Sarasota, Fla.
Shane's Sarasota Lunker A severe weather event came through the west coast, including Sarasota County, on Sunday evening, but Shane was back out fishing Tuesday evening, the 23rd, when he hooked and landed this 7 1/2 pound beauty. He was fishing at a local Park and Recreation lake in Sarasota. The fish was fooled by a plastic holographic minnow. It is Shane's biggest yet, and he is having the fish mounted by a Sarasota taxidermist!

Kenneth S Muse with 9-pounder caught in Indiana
PB Bass Just got a new boat and it was the first time out on it. Only researched one area before going. When I pulled up to that spot two guys in a tournament were fishing it. So I waited. After they pulled off I pulled into that spot and on my third cast caught this little over 9 pound largemouth. First fish caught off my boat. Been downhill ever since. Lol

10.15 'Galleywopper' Caught her on a bed at about 12:00. She was so aggressive and protective she actually bit twice€¦.the 1st bit she came off€¦.I put on a fresh zoom watermelon candy lizard and about 3 cast later the rest is history€¦.this fish is in the florida trophy registry!
