Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. flounder fillets, cleaned and patted dry
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1 TBS brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together and place in a large resealable bag. Add fillets and shake to make sure fillets are covered. Place in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Drain and broil in oven for 3 minutes or so on each side.
