New for 2022, Benelli has built on the proven design of the 828U over/under shotgun with the introduction of the 828U Limited Edition.
Benelli takes the upland double-barrel premium shotgun to a new level, with new performance and styling enhancements.
Only 200 units of the 828U Limited Edition in 12 gauge with a 28-inch barrel will be released, the company said on Tuesday, the opening day of the annual SHOT Show trade show in Las Vegas.

Both accenting style and providing rugged field performance for the 828U Limited Edition is the BE.S.T. (Benelli Surface Treatment) gloss barrel finish, which is so dependable that Benelli includes a 25-year guarantee against rust and corrosion on all BE.S.T. coated parts.
The 828U Limited Edition includes all the performance features that have made the double-barrel a standout in the field, including impulse-activated ejectors, a top lever striker reset, and the Benelli Progressive Comfort System recoil mitigation in the stock. It also sports a a removable trigger group for easy cleaning, adjustable drop and cast for a custom fit, and Benelli’s patented steel locking system that prevents shotshell pressure transfer to the receiver and hinge pins.
