Baked Orange Roughy Recipe
Try this baked orange roughy recipe for a healthy meal the whole family can enjoy
Ingredients:
- 4 orange roughy fillets (1 pound)
- 2 cups chopped stemmed kale leaves
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1/3 cup Kraft Italian vinaigrette dressing made with extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Heat oven to 375°F.
Place fish in 13 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over fish.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
