Asian Venison Meatballs Recipe

Serves: 4
Prep time: 15-20 minutes
Cook time: 15-20 minutes


  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup wasabi-flavored almonds


  1. Mix all ingredients together, roll into 1-inch size meatballs.
  2. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.

Asian Sauce:

  • 1 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Sauce Directions:

  1. Mix sauces and toss meatballs.
  2. Chop parsley and sprinkle over.
