The AR-Stoner AR-15 Optics Ready Upper Receiver Assembly is a quality upper receiver at an exceptional price.

The A3 upper attaches to any standard AR-15 lower receiver and comes complete with charging handle, forward assist, ejection port cover, bolt and bolt carrier assembly.

This carbine length upper features a 1:8 twist, 16-inch government profile barrel with durable phosphate finish. The low profile gas block makes this upper a fantastic platform for a red dot sight or scope.
