SIG SAUER BDX

SIG SAUER BDX

SIG’s KILO BDX rangefinders and SIERRA3BDX scopes communicate via Bluetooth. When ranging a target, the holdover point will automatically illuminate in the scope’s reticle. You can adjust rangefinder settings and add load profiles using the SIG BDX app. A KinETHICs feature also causes the holdover dot in the scope to flash when the range is so great that your bullet won’t have enough energy to properly dispatch the animal. As always, check your local regs. $300-$1,680

MEOPTA DichroTech

MEOPTA DichroTech

Meopta’s new DichroTech reticles don’t require batteries and use ambient light to illuminate the scope’s reticle. The reticle actually gets brighter or darker based on the amount of light coming into the scope — all without any adjustments from the shooter. Meopta also offers lens caps for scopes and binos to increase contrast of dark animals in green environments. $1,200

FLIR Scion OTM

Handheld thermals are revolutionizing the manner in which hunters scout for deer. FLIR’s Scion OTM thermal provides extremely clear thermal images at any hour of the day thanks to its BOSON core, and you can take video and still images. $2,495

HAWKE Endurance 700

HAWKE Endurance

Hawke’s compact rangefinder packs a lot of high-tech features into an affordable package. It comes standard with BK-7 prisms, 6X magnification, multiple operation modes (including angle and rain settings) and a host of other must-have features in a compact and lightweight package that fits in a pocket or day pack. $269

STEINER Predator AF

2019Optics
STEINER Predator AF

Traditionally, we hunters have to refocus binoculars at each viewing distance. But Steiner’s new porro-prism Predator AFs focus once, and from 20 yards to infinity, they’ll maintain that focus. Color-adjusted transmission amplifies contrasting colors and makes it easier to spot game hidden in thick cover. $460

LEUPOLD RBX 3000 TBR/W

LEUPOLD RBX 3000 TBR/W

These new range-finding binoculars can accurately measure distances out to 3,000 yards on reflective targets very quickly and will also provide environmental factors like air temperature, humidity and barometric pressure. That’s lots of tech into one pair of binos. They also feature Leupold’s Twilight Max HD light management system, which greatly improves clarity in low-light conditions. $3,000
