The new 32-inch Halon 32 is offered in three models depending on brace-height choice. The 6-inch Halon weighs 4.73 pounds, generates arrow speeds up to 343 fps, and is available in draw lengths ranging from 26 to 31 inches. Each Halon is powered by the Crosscentric Cam technology, which is buttery smooth and has an extremely high degree of accuracy.

Hoyt Pro Defiant 34


Hoyt always releases a 30-inch axle-to-axle and then a 34-inch model of their flagships. This year's Pro Defiant 34 weighs 4.4 pounds, produces arrow speeds of 325 fps, and is available in draw weights ranging from as low as 30 pounds up to the Cape-buffalo-capable 80 pounds.

PSE Carbon Air 34 ECS

It wasn't that long ago when it seemed impossible to believe that anyone would churn out a 34-inch bow that weighed only 3.6 pounds. Carbon Air 34 ECS also happens to produce arrow speeds up to 336 fps. The cam system is smooth and has a rock-solid back wall.

Bear Archery LS6

Bear's latest weighs 4.2 pounds, measures a shade over 32 inches between axles, and can send arrows downrange at up to 355 fps. The LS6 achieves these speeds through max-preload quad limbs and the smooth draw cycle from its H17 hybrid cam system. Peak draw weights of 60 or 70 pounds, and draw lengths ranging from 27-30 inches.
