Mike Callahan from Winchester, VA is one step closer to the ABA National Championship with a first place win and $575 in an American Fishing Tour bass tournament held on the Potomac River in Maryland this past weekend. He caught a five-bass limit of 17.25 pounds for the victory.

Callahan caught a good 10 keepers right up to five minutes before check-in time when he was able to cull a two-pounder with a 3.5-pound bass

Brett Ewing took second place with five bass weighing 16.65 pounds, anchored by the Big Bass in the tournament, a 5.28-pound largemouth bass.

Danny Moffat Sr. finished third with 15.55 pounds.
