Tennessee's New State Record Largemouth Bass!

It's official! Gabe Keen's 15.2 lb. largemouth bass caught Friday February 13, 2015 on Chickamauga Lake beat the previous Tennessee state record of 14.8 lbs, set by James Barrett in Lawrence County back in 1954.

Gabe Keen of Dayton Tennessee officially holds the new Tennessee State record largemouth caught from Chickamauga today on a version of the Umbrella rig called Viper Rig made by Dixie Custom Rods.

The 15.20 monster was certified Sarurday by the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency and Keen has been busy answering calls and text messages from the students of the fishing team that he coaches at the Campbell County High School.

Congratulations to Gabe Keen upon shattering the long standing Tennessee State Record.
