Great shore lunch!Using a large zip lock baggie, take 3 cups of pancake mix, (make sure it's the brand that only requires water to make your pancakes) 3 cups of fish crisp. You can use Cajun or original which ever your prefer. Put this on your boat or in your tackle box. Dont leave home with out it. Now if your at home, here is the best way to add a bite to your bass, and my personal favorite.Spicy Bass2 cups pancake mix2 cups fish crisp original1 cup of crushed Halpenio peanuts2 tbp of lemon garlicmix all these togeter in your bowl or baggie.Preheat your cast iron frying pan and add either margarine or butter, (your choice)Drop in the coated bass, and cook until crispy.  Now the only thing left to do is enjoy... hmmmm!! mouth watering!
