Smoker Fishing Recipes

Here is my smoked salmon brine for those that like smoked salmon and other fish.First, I marinade the salmon for 24 hours in a brine.The Brine:500ML of Soy sauce1L of water.4 table spoons of VH sweat chili tai100ML of honey2 full hot peppers cut in to ringsBring to a boil, let cool and soak fish for 15 to 24 hours.
