Pro-Grade 9 1/2-inch Narrow Fillet Review
From: Kershawwww.KershawKnives.comThe 3 oz. 14.25” fixed narrow blade knife is made for filleting large fish and part of Kershaw’s new line of Pro-Grade Specialty Fish & Game Knives, this knife features premium 420J2 stainless steel, known as a general purpose stainless steel that has good corrosion resistance qualities and is resistant to ammonia, blood, detergent solutions, fresh water, food acids, many petroleum products, steam and vinegar etc. Also called Surgical Steel because, this type of steel is used in production of surgical instruments. It has a nice flex to make the job easier and the polypropylene handle is a proven design that allows your hand to seem to lock into place allowing for safe and secure cutting. All pro-grade knives are designed to be lightweight so fish and game processing is less tiring. Overall length of the knife is 12 3/4” and is worth checking out if you are in the market for a new knife or just want to add to your collection this coming spring. Review written by: Gary Elliottwww.OutdoorNewsandReviews.com www.Facebook.com/GarysBowhunting
