Oven Baked Trout

Serves: 2-4 people
Cook time: 20-25 minutes

Ingredients:

• 2-4 Trout (head on)
• 2 Tablespoons of olive oil (per trout)
• 2 Lemons
• 1/2 Cup cilantro (per two trout)
• 1 Green onion (per trout)
• Garlic salt, fresh cracked peppercorn, and a rub to taste. (I used a Wild Game Rub from Bearded BBQ)
