Local Kayak Fishing Personalities

Many of us out there read books and watch every video  that are related to our interests and hobbies.
Personally I can say , not only have I read some of these books or watched videos and even seen some local Art, I know several of these known personalities in person.
Now for those that do read my blogs, I do want to make it clear that these are in no order.

Cory Routh, of Ruthless Fishing, is one of our personal friends. He is an Author; his book ?? The complete Guide to Kayak Fishing ?? is the bible of our sport. Some of us also know him well for his skills as a photographer. There are so many talents I could list for Cory, I am sure nothing could explain how nice of a person he is. One of the qualities that amaze me about people is when they have the ability to pass on and teach the knowledge they have to others.  Cory is one of those people. You will learn something while having fun.  If you have an opportunity to fish with Cory, do not pass it up! Please visit www.ruthlessfishing.com for more information about Cory, his book and Guide Service

Kayak Kevin, you know I don?t think I know his last name. (Ok, I googled it, Kevin Whitley) Kevin is known for his videos of his trips. You have a chance look him up on www.kayakkevin.com. No matter when you run into Kevin, he seems to be in a good mood all the time. He is also one of those people that will answer your questions about anything Kayak and fishing related. I just had the pleasure to watch his latest Video, Kayak Kevin?s Chesapeake Bay Tour. Remarkable! A must watch for just about anybody! At this point I should mention his better half Shante, she is my personal hero for three reasons: She is a Woman, she fishes from a Kayak and has caught some of the biggest Red?s I have seen from her Kayak in the ocean .

Rob Choi is the next Kayak Angler on my list. A lot of us local folks will know who he is for his incredible Fish Art. You would have to see one of the Rub?s he makes of the fish he catches. To be honest I am thinking about having his Christmas card to us framed.  Rob is also one of those down to earth people, which shows in his blog ?s. To read more about Rob please visit //robchoi-fishing.blogspot.com/

One more Mark Lozier, writer, speaker, guide, tackle rep and my personal partner in crime. The reason I started fishing was because this Man put a fishing rod in my hand while we were out on our Kayaks. Mark has pretty much taught me everything I needed to know. He keeps encouraging me to better myself and hone my fishing skills.

Remember take your kids fishing they are our next Generation Anglers.
