Hurricane Sandy: One Year Later

It's been a year since Hurricane Sandy ravaged the US northeast. Recovery efforts are still under way for local fishing communities, and will likely continue for some time.

The superstorm bore a personal message for many members of the WFN community. Nick Honachefsky, who has appeared on WFN's Hookin' Up with Mariko Izumi and also runs a guiding business in New Jersey, appeared on CBS' The Couch yesterday to talk about his Sandy experience. A year later, Nick is still living out of a backpack: his home of 16 years in Camp Osborn, NJ was completely flattened by the storm. Watch the full interview here
