EGO Kryptek 6.5" Aluminum Pliers Review

EGO Kryptek 6.5" Aluminum Pliers Review

Find out why EGO Kryptek 6.5" Aluminum Pliers should be a crucial tool to always keep in your tackle box

These 6.5-inch pliers are made from aircraft-grade aluminum, making them very lightweight and easy to work with. I’ve used them with many different sizes of fish and to rig my rod for the day’s catch.

The Kryptek camo design incorporates micro and macro layering inspired by artillery camouflage netting, adding a cool look and finish to the pliers. The stainless steel cutters are sharp enough to cut through any braid line and are replaceable if need be. The jaw plates are also replaceable and the contoured handles make for a good grip when working with them.

These pliers are durable, functional and designed to cut, grip, fasten and pull those buried hooks. The hook on the end of the nose is great for snagging those hard-to-get hooks. Also, incorporated in the nose of the pliers are three sizes of split-shot crimpers. I have even used these pliers for setting up bows. This tool is reasonably priced and will not corrode.

The EGO Kryptek 6.5” Aluminum Pliers retails for $44.99
