- 1 toasted bagel
- 1 grilled 5-ounce piece of venison, mule deer or elk backstrap
- 1 egg, fried
- 1 cheese slice of your preference
- 1 cup shredded hash browns (we use the frozen package)
Toast bagel and prepare shredded hash browns according to package. Grill venison backstrap. Fry egg – we use farm fresh from our chickens!
Lay the cheese slice on the bottom of the bagel. Top with shredded hash browns and venison backstrap. Add egg, then top of bagel to make a sandwich.
