Tasty baked pork chops coated in Parmesan cheese and Italian breadcrumbs are a quick and easy meal the whole family will enjoy

Serves: 4
Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 45 mins

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (I use Kraft)
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

On a plate, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, pepper and garlic powder. Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then dip (coat) each one in the cheese mixture.

Press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure they are well covered in it. Line a pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.

Place the pork chops on the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
