This delicious recipe adds 3 different citrus flavors to your trout

Citrus Speckled Trout Recipe
Try this speckled trout recipe cooked with lemon, lime and wine.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 speckled trout
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • White wine
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:


1. Add butter and olive oil to a saucepan. Once the butter is beginning to brown, add the speckled trout to the pan and coat them in the melted butter and olive oil.


2. Add orange juice, lemon and lime slices on top of the trout. Add white wine to make the mixture cover half of the trout.

3. Top the trout with parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Poach the trout for 4 minutes per side. Serve and enjoy.
