Since 1868, Franchi has been producing some of the finest firearms. Continued innovation and curated styling have kept the brand top of mind with many hunters and shooters. While the past should certainly be celebrated, the future of Franchi is in good hands with the latest introductions of shotguns and rifles. Here is a look at what is new for 2025.
Affinity 3 and 3.5 Building on the success of the original Affinity shotgun line, Franchi has updated the design and feature set to create a high-performing shotgun for the hunting blind, upland fields and competition venues.
The new iteration of the Affinity 3 and 3.5 with the Inertia Driven technology are constructed around a new stock design for faster, more positive handling even in the worst conditions. A thinner forend with increased checkering offers a better hold and snappier swings. This concept extends to the grip, where the checkering is distributed higher and farther back on the grip to enhance control.
The two-piece shell latch provides faster and easier loading, and the triggerguard has been designed in a more rectangular shape to facilitate shooting while wearing gloves. Other new features include an updated magazine cap, and the bolt release button is now oblong (versus circular) with raised edging for more positive manipulation.

The Affinity 3.5 comes in 12-gauge, 2 3/4-, 3-, and 3 1/2-inch chambering with a 28-inch barrel. Consumers can choose between three finishes: black synthetic/matte blue, Realtree Max-7 and Mossy Oak Bottomland. The Affinity 3 is available in 28- and 26-inch barrel lengths chambered in 12-gauge 2 3/4- and 3-inch with three finish options: black synthetic/matte blue, Realtree Max-7, and Mossy Oak Bottomland. Hunters with a lean toward the traditional can opt for the new Affinity 3 with a 28-inch barrel. MSRP: $1,079-$1,379

The new rifle was designed for hunters who prize maneuverability in tight spaces and enjoy a light and agile rifle when whitetail hunting. Whether in a small hunting blind, sitting in a treestand, hanging from a hunting saddle or moving through thick brush or timber, the new Franchi Carbine just may be the right choice for your next whitetail rifle.
Franchi’s new bolt-action rifle provides quick handling and shouldering with its compact Evolved Ergonom-X stock, replete with a contoured TSA recoil pad for softer shooting. The one-piece, spiral-fluted bolt with three locking lugs delivers superb accuracy, which is guaranteed at 1 MOA. Other features of the rifle include Cobalt Cerakote finish on the bolt handle, receiver, barrel, and removable muzzle brake, a one-piece Picatinny rail for optic mounting, integrated QD swivel and M-Lok mounting points for slings and bipod attachment, and Franchi’s 2- to 4-pound adjustable Relia trigger.

The rifle comes with an 18-inch barrel for .308 and .350 Legend chamberings, while rifles chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor sport a 20-inch barrel. The carbine comes in the Franchi Terra camo pattern, which has been optimized to blend into a wide range of whitetail terrains. MSRP: $1,249
Instinct Sideplate SPLX Franchi has also revamped its Instinct Sideplate over/under upland shotgun. The new Instinct Sideplate SPLX was designed around a new and extended sideplate-style polished aluminum receiver. Keeping with Franchi’s European heritage, the sideplates feature intricate engravings along the sides and bottom of the receiver. The 12-gauge model features partridge and pheasant engravings while the 20-gauge model comes with quail and chukar on either side of the receiver. These gold inlay birds provide the perfect accent to the Instinct Sideplate SPLX’s gold-plated trigger and inlayed gold Franchi receiver logo and “F” on the triggerguard.
To go along with the great look of the receiver, the shotgun boasts a satin-finished AA-grade walnut Prince of Wales stock and Schnabel forend with generous checkering for a sure grip. Well-balanced for smooth shouldering and swings, the shotgun sports a vented rib and high-viz red fiber-optic front bar sight.
Both 12- and 20-gauge models, chambered in 2 3/4- and 3-inch, host 28-inch blued barrels tipped with included extended chokes in C, IC, M, IM, and F. A custom-fitted hard case is also included with the Instinct Sideplate SPLX to ensure safe transport. MSRP: $2,849
Other notes from Franch include new extensions to existing rifle product lines. The Momentum All-Terrain Elite rifle is now available in an all-new Franchi Verdant camp pattern. The Momentum Elite now has a chambering for the 7mm PRC fans, while the Momentum Elite Rifle Series has an option for a Franchi Biome camo pattern. (franchiusa.com )
