Crimson Talon designed the XT with blades that are curved (called Air Foil technology by Crimson Talon) to help spin the head in the same direction as the fletchings. The head also keeps turning on impact, creating a spiral wound channel. This year, Crimson Talon made its main blades thicker -- .024 inch -- for improved durability.
